Devised, inspired and led the international award winning “Football For All” and “Let Them Play” strategies that are responsible for transformational change at the IFA and wider NI society growing participation from 13,000 young people in 2013 to more than 70,000 in 2021 securing UEFA Grassroots Gold Standard.

A European A-Licence Coach with a proven track record in football development and innovative value based coaching programmes, such as Football 4 Peace and Game of 3 Halves.
